Done going to this place. Stylist started raising her voice with me when I sat down in the chair after I had asked her if Sports clips lost some stylist due to the 80-90 min wait time I experienced. I had to calm the situation by saying sorry for asking the question and I remained quite the remaining time. Maybe she had a rough day but I'm paying for a service and I don't tolerate poor customer service. I tipped her good for her service but not coming back ever again.

Omg please listen guys?! Do not go here! Here’s why!! **mad face** First off! I walked in and this fine girl said some stuff like ‘hey’ and ‘welcome’ and ‘how are you’... like really? I’m not there for a conversation with a pretty girl, jeez. Then! They fought over who got to give me the haircut! What guy in the world wants girls fighting over him, omg I’m so upset! But wait! After my haircut (ya it was perfect but who wants that!), they gave me a shampoo with a hot towel on my face. I almost fell asleep because the feelings she was giving me while getting the massage. I got stuff to do lady, I can’t be sleeping! Then! I got back to my seat and she gave the ole back massage with their sweet massager tool.... well I don’t know where I’m goin with this cause I can’t think of a bad thing for that... If you can’t tell I’m being sarcastic —->. This Sportclips in Lexington Park is awesome. Stop being a square and get there! For heavens sake, use the dang online check in. It’s 2021, so if you can’t use a smart phone then you probably are not reading this. So that means I can talk bad about those people haha, but I won’t I guess. Get in to this Sportclips and open up. These girls are awesome and will talk with you. Stop being shy!

The Lexington Park MD location has one of the greatest stylists I have ever seen. Jessica W. Cut my autistic 9yr old son's hair. She talked to him and his little brother and was super patient. 2 days later my 4 year old asked to see her and get the same cut. We lucked out the she was working labor day. We mentioned he had sensory issues. So she asked all the other stylists to no vacume and try to keep noise down. They did amazing.not even a blow dryer and they were packed! She cut his hair while he sat on his dad's lap and talked about lollipops. Not even one tear the whole time! She was just wonderful and we will be back for every cut from now on!
